DEVELOPMENT OF YACHTING NETWORK
Dear Gentlemen,
After the obvious interest of International YACHTING companies about
their installation in Pagasiticos Gulf we would like to make known to
you that our company ARGONAUTICAL PARK after a research of the essential
facts of the area along with the equivalent contacts with the mayors and
the port authorities, decided in the wider design, for the expansion of
its activities to place between a planning for the development of a
yachting network in Pagasiticos Gulf with the operation of 8
“argonautical bases” for the year 2009. Specifically we are planning on
the immediate completion of the licenses to be given by the equivalent
departments and the obtaining of the leases where it is possible to
install jetties of 100sqm. for the servicing of the boats. The Spots we
have chosen are about to progress in the future to marines. The upper
choice was made with the help of our architectural office where we
designed all architectural studies. In more details we draw up a list
with the stages of our future developments per base with the goal to
complete the “argonautical bases” that we are about to run:
AFISSOS
Location ARGONAUTICAL PARK
The largest part of the overland facilities is already completed and the
adaptation for yachting is easy and rapid in a short period of time.
There is a license for the floating jetty for its initial stage since
the International Championship of IFDS 2007 which though we did not
install due to financial reasons.
CHORTO
Location Club Leda
The overland facilities which were used by SUNSAIL at the past are
completed, there is already running a branch office of ARGONAUTICAL PARK
and the adaptation for yachting is easy and quick in a short period of
time. The floating jetty is essential and we have started the process
for the licenses.
MILINA
Location at the east side of the sunsail’s jetty.
At the same location there will be constructed at the future a marine of
250 yachts. There is already been elaborated a study by our
architectural office. There are no overland facilities for that reason
we are planning on setting a support container along with a jetty.
PIGADI ALMIROY
Location Southeast side of Pagasitic Gulf. At the same spot in the
future there will be constructed a marine for which we are elaborating a
study in our architectural office and its building is on process. There
are no overland facilities for that so we are planning on setting a
support container and a jetty.
ACHILLIO ALMIROY
Location Southeast side of the Pagasitic Gulf.At the same spot in the
future there will be constructed a marine for which we are elaborating a

support container and a jetty.
VOLOS DOMOTEL XENIA
Location At the front side of the hotel Xenia. This specific Hotel is
designed and constructed by our Architectural Office and the adjustment
of the overland services is pretty easy.
The construction of the jetty though is of great degree of difficulty
due to the orientation in relation to the winds. The project though is
already running by the businessman for the upgrade of the provided
services of the hotel.
VOLOS MARINE
Location in the front side of Volos’s town hall. The study of the marine
has been made by our architectural office and its construction is
completed at its largest part. The adaptation of overland facilities is
easy and our installation is already agreed with the lessee of the
marine. The administrative authority of the marine will deliver the
facility to the lessee the very next month. Along with the delivery we
are planning to proceed with the contract between us and the lessee for
our installation.
VOLOS BREAKWATER
Location Inside the central port.
The marine is studied by our architectural office.
There are no overland facilities and such work is hard to be done as it
requires port labours. We are planning on setting a floating jetty to
reassure our present and act at the port in the future. A letter follows
with the exact English translation.
With the operation of the above bases we reassure in total 250 places
in jetties and moorings in a range of 10 miles from the center of
Pagasitic Gulf, covering distances between the bases shorter than 10
miles. The support of the bases will be achieved by our own
personnel and will be connected by two speed boats, electronic
management systems in a united data base with an access to internet.
The technical authorized workshops of engineer’s, electrician’s and sail
tailor’s support will operate with outer collaborators. The access to
the bases from the arrival and departure spots of the costumers will
operate by our permanent partner in charge of hospitality and tourist
service of our costumers, which is the tourist organization les
hirondelles.
The cost accounting of the above services will be in really competitive
levels regarding the rest of the bases in Greece.
